Founded in 1996, Clover Specialties, Inc. specializes in dried mushrooms, truffle oils, vanilla beans, dried spices and more. Our facility, located near the Los Angeles airport and close to the Long Beach port is GFSI Food Safety Certified to the PrimusGFS Standard with a consistent score of over 90%. We are trained, certified, adhere to and participate in the FDA mandated FSMA and FSVP programs. We are Kosher certified by Kosher Supervision of America (KSA) and have a growing list of organic products Certified by CCOF including mushroom powder and vanilla beans.
If you require full truckloads or pallet loads of dried mushrooms, frozen mushrooms, truffle oils, spices, or other specialty foods, we have the inventory for immediate delivery. We ship quantities of a few pounds to a few pallets using optimum ground or expedited transportation services.
